Un mapa integral para transformaciones ágiles

Aprovechamos la visita de Luis Mulato a México y en esta charla exploraremos el modelo de Reinventing Organizations de Frederic Laloux y la teoría integral de Ken Wilber para entender donde están las organizaciones actualmente. Y en esta línea lanzar algunas hipótesis sobre qué necesitan cambiar para lograr una transformación sistémica, no solo para mejorar sus productos y procesos, sino su cultura y el sistema como un todo.
