This is a peer led support group, specifically for individuals diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. It is recommended that family and friends of those affected by Bipolar Disorder attend a family support group to gain understanding and guidance from NAMI Central Texas " (512) 420-9810 " or visit their Website https://namicentraltx.org/ to find a local family support group or for more information on mental illness. You may also visit NAMI.org (National Alliance on Mental Illness). They will be able to educate you and give you more support through their family support groups than we can.

We are here to support each other through the journey, trials, and triumphs called Bipolar. The struggle is real but you are not alone.
