DANZA LIBRE DEL ALMA: A monthly space to let go of stress, move emotions through the body somatically and come back to LIFE whilst uncovering the insights and wisdom Numerology has to offer.

In a world of chaos, having a practice where you can process emotions is VITAL for health and emotional well-being. Holding onto to stress, holding onto fear, anger and sadness only creates more problems.

When you come back to the breath, back to the body and step out of negative loop stories not only do you become more resourceful, you also impact your well-being positively.

Feeling calmer deep within, more alive and energised in the body, with less chatter of the mind.

This will be a freestyle dance session with some gentle guidance and insights from Numerology, a space for you, to reconnect to you and the deeper essence of who you are.
