Anímate a participar del taller ¡Descárgate y recárgate! diseñado para la liberación de cargas emocionales que hemos acumulado durante mucho tiempo. Es momento de soltar y limpiarnos con los elementos que la naturaleza nos ofrece para ayudarnos en este proceso.

Para comenzar haremos el recorrido de la Cascada las Delicias un tesoro hídrico ubicado en los cerros orientales de Bogotá, con senderos ecológicos y paisajes mágicos hasta llegar a la majestuosa cascada de agua clara y limpia donde tomaremos un tiempo de reflexión e introspección del recorrido hasta liberarnos del peso que hemos cargado innecesariamente en nuestras vidas, luego haremos una recarga energética con el fluir del agua que nos ofrece la cascada, llenándonos de una sensación de bienestar físico y mental para así continuar nuestro descenso a la ciudad llenos de energía y vitalidad.
