Ahoy! Ukuleles are once again headed to the "high seas" of the Charles River.
Two and a half hours of sailing aboard the Charles I, a custom designed 75’ classic riverboat. Singing and strumming some of your favorite songs about sailing and the sea. All player levels are welcome.All of our previous cruises have sold out, reserve your spot today!

Here's how it works.
1. RSVP below. Should RSVPs exceed capacity, your name will automatically be added to the waitlist.
2. Send your payment of $60 by JULY 31. Your seat will not be fully guaranteed until payment has been received. If payment is not received by July 31 your name will be removed and replaced with the next name on the waiting list. No refunds.Our musical excursion sets sail rain or shine. We’re not gonna let a little rain get in our way! (The Charles I is covered and has windows that can be closed in inclement weather. We have been assured that the river never gets too choppy.)

Please bring a music stand for yourself, if you have one, and clips. It may be windy.

Departure:
The Charles I riverboat will begin boarding at 5:15pm and departs at promptly 5:30pm from the Lechmere Canal at the CambridgeSide Mall. This is directly outside the back entrance by the foodcourt. Returning at 8pm.
Parking in the CambridgeSide Mall Garage:
The boat will be departing from the CambridgeSide Mall. For address, please use 100 CambridgeSide Place, Cambridge MA.
Once parked, take the elevator or escalator to the first floor of the mall. The boat is located just outside of the food court.
Parking tickets can be validated at the Charles Riverboat’s ticket booth. With validation, parking will be $4 and will be valid for up to 8 hours. For payment, parking kiosks are located on each floor of the mall before entering the garage. Please pay for parking prior to returning to your vehicle.Rideshare and drop-off:
The best drop-off location for rideshare and carpool is 60 First Street, Cambridge MA. Walk directly down Thorndike Way between the CambridgeSide Mall and the Blaze pizza. When you see the canal, walk to your right down the brick pathway and you will see the boats at the back entrance of the CambridgeSide Mall.Public Transport:

**What's better than one Strummerville meeting a month? That's right, two Strummerville meetings a month! You can now also join Strummerville every 2nd Tuesday at the Brookline Village Public Library! Same fun songs, same fun leaders**
What to expect at our meetups: Doors open at 6:00pm. Come have dinner with us before hand. Playing start at 7pm. The first 45 minutes we'll play and sing songs from our well-loved A, B, C and D song books, we take a 15 min snack break and then back to it until 9pm.
