💫 A somatic workshop for tuning into your authentic yes & no 💫

Sometimes we DON’T KNOW what we want.
Sometimes we know but find it hard to ask.
Sometimes we don’t know how to say no — or yes — in a way that feels safe, clear, and embodied.

This workshop offers a space to reconnect with your inner knowing through the foundational tools of the Wheel of Consent®. Together, we’ll explore what it means to feel and express desire, set boundaries, and communicate authentically.

What You’ll Experience:
✨ Practices to tune into the felt sense of yes, no, maybe, and want-to vs. willing-to
✨ Opportunities to ask for what you want and practice saying no — without guilt
✨ Exploration of people-pleasing, power dynamics, self-worth, and receiving
✨ Somatic connection exercises (clothed & limited to the arm) that help you notice your authentic response to touch and interaction
✨A safer, trauma-aware space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom

🙋🏻‍♀️ Who It’s For:
This is for you if you:
✨ Have ever struggled to name or express your needs
✨ Tend to prioritize others over yourself
✨ Are curious about conscious touch, boundaries, and consent
✨ Want to explore how you give, receive, and connect — in all relationships
✨ Are new to this work and want a gentle, accessible introduction
