Gong Meditation, Sound Immersion, and Sacred Ceremony

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chee"), translated as "life energy”.
All levels of experience are welcome in class, which will include Taoist, Buddhist, and Medical Qigong. The classes are a mix of stretches, self-massage, energetic cleansing and purges, flowing element-based sequences, and moving meditations with deep rhythmic breathing, all designed to improve the circulation and flow of electricity, or qi in the body. You will leave practice feeling energized, focused, less stressed, and deeply relaxed.
Conor discovered qigong many years ago on his healing path. He instantly felt the benefits of the practice and was inspired to deepen his understanding of this ancient movement art form.

We recommend to avoid food 2 hours prior to the class, and to wear comfortable clothing to allow your body some movement.

Yelena's classes are a unique blend of breathwork, meditation, gentle and conscious movement with a sacred sound immersion. Yelena pulls from deep rooted healing traditions to curate classes meant to bring us into a deep state of inner stillness, self awareness and deep introspective healing. Yelena recently relocated from California, where she had her teacher’s training at Golden Bridge Yoga. She lead sadhana at the same location and taught classes at Follow Your Heart Community center (Canoga Park) for the past 10 years. Her classes are for any level of experience. Expect a meditation, a breath work and a sound bath with a gong in each class. Everything you need is provided for you. Please, arrive on time to honor the sacred space.

Conscious Breathwork and Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a collective breathwork session led by a certified breathwork and meditation
facilitator. Our work together will begin with an active breathwork. This will allow you to release emotions, turn off your thinking brain and enter a more relaxed meditation, where you can connect to your higher self. The crystal singing bowls meditation will end with a guided heart opening, leaving you filled with love and gratitude.

Come discover Kriya yoga, a powerful practice rooted in the Himalayan yogic tradition. This dynamic class combines meditative techniques including breathwork, movement, mudras (hand gestures), and mantras to bring the mind and body into balance. This practice helps regulate the nervous system, release stress, anxiety, and energetic blockages, deepens intuition and inner awareness, and can help boost mental clarity, focus and
energy.

All levels welcome - no prior yoga experience needed.

This is not a typical yoga asana class - while some classes might include a short asana sequence they will mostly include: breathwork, mantra, mudras and end with a sound bath.
