Abstract
Cyber resilience is the ability of an organization or individual to maintain or quickly resume business critical functions and continue delivering intended outcomes in the face of cyber attacks, natural disasters, or other disruptive events. Cyber resilience is important because the increasing reliance on technology in our personal and professional lives has made us more vulnerable to cyber threats. By being resilient to cyber threats, organizations and individuals can minimize the impact of incidents and quickly return to normal operations. Zero trust is an information security strategy that assumes that all network traffic is untrusted and should be verified before allowing access to network resources. This approach is designed to reduce the attack surface and limit the potential damage from a successful cyber attack. It is therefore one of the main pillars of a modern cyber resilience strategy.
