This group is for anyone interested in playing hobby board games. New to the hobby board games? Not a problem! All experience levels are welcome! What we do play is Euro, Thematic, and Abstract games. We do not play your classic family games such as monopoly, parcheesi etc.. Important things to know:
- We start all games at 7pm. Arriving after 7 pm makes joining a game challenging, as we’ve already picked games based on attendance, and rule explanations will be underway. If you miss it, no worries—join us next week; we meet weekly!”
- Bringing your own game is not required but encouraged
- You will normally find us on the first tables when you walk in the door
- Games last from 1.5 to two hours on average
- We do ask for a biannual donation of $25 for those that have attended the meetup for longer then 6 months. This is used for Meetup fees and other group purchases.
