気功（呼吸法）、推手（押し手）、基本的な護身、そして調和のとれたハンドフォームを練習します。
We practise chi gung (breathwork), tui shou (pushing hands), basic self-defence, and the flowing Hand Form.年齢・経験問わず歓迎です。初めての方も、他のスタイルの経験者も安心して参加できます。
