Abstract:
You know the value of a Certification in proving your expertise, but don't know how to prepare for the exam? You're not alone! Join two Confluent Certification experts in exam prep to discuss everything you need to know: from logistics, to an exam overview and effective test-taking strategies. Get the foundation you need to be confident in how to take the certification exam!

Bio:
Mark Fei currently lives in Seattle and, since early 2018, has been with Confluent, the company founded by the inventors of Apache Kafka. Mark’s passions lie in learning about, and helping others understand, exciting and transformative technologies. Previously, Mark spent 5 years doing this for Amazon Web Services (AWS), and before that, he enjoyed a couple of years at Cloudera, preceded by five years with VMware. In his career Mark has done a number of other interesting things, ranging from software development to running a bar at a Colorado ski resort.

Niamh Fiona O’Byrne, Certification Manager, Confluent
Niamh Fiona O’Byrne leads Confluent Certification. Over her career, O’Byrne has been responsible for the creation and launch of multiple programs including those at Allaire, Macromedia, PTC, Pegasystems, Motorola, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker and most recently at Confluent, Inc.
