Sherrill Mosee is an engineer, inventor, and founder of MinkeeBlue, an award-winning travel and work bag brand born from her own experience with what she calls “overload bag syndrome,” where busy women juggle multiple bags to keep up with their day. At MinkeeBlue, every design reflects a commitment to style and purposeful organization—“more than a bag, it’s an experience.” With two utility patents to her name, MinkeeBlue has been featured on major platforms such as the Today Show, QVC, and America’s Big Deal.

Today, her mission has expanded into a new frontier—making artificial intelligence accessible, intuitive, and transformative for individuals and small businesses. As the founder of Forest Park AI, she empowers entrepreneurs to reclaim time, streamline operations, and scale creatively using AI. Through both done-for-you and collaborative builds, her company deploys systems that automate repetitive tasks, streamline sales and marketing, enhance customer support, and enable smarter workflows—without requiring any coding skills.

At its core, Forest Park AI is about learning by doing. Its AI education programs are hands-on, actionable, and designed for beginners who want real results quickly—without tech jargon or confusion.
