ES: MATES DAY TRIP es una experiencia social, cultural y culinaria de un día en la que explorarás la belleza de la cultura y la naturaleza mexicanas en grupos pequeños. Esta vez, junto con nuestros guías locales, exploraremos los bosques de Valle de Bravo. Durante el día caminaremos por el bosque, aprenderemos sobre los hongos locales, los recolectaremos y los prepararemos para cocinar nuestro propio almuerzo. Después, según el clima, decidiremos si visitamos el centro histórico de Valle de Bravo, hacemos una pequeña caminata a los manantiales cercanos o visitamos un proyecto de bioconstrucción/biofiltración en las afueras de Valle de Bravo.
EN: MATES DAY TRIP is a social, cultural and culinary day trip experience where you’ll explore the beauty of Mexican culture and nature in small groups. This time, together with our local guides, we will explore the forests of Valle de Bravo. On our day we will take a walk in the forest, learn about the local mushrooms, collect and prepare them to cook our own lunch. After, depending on the weather, we will decide if we will visit the historic town centre of Valle de Bravo, take a little hike to nearby springs or visit a bio-construction / biofiltration project at the outskirts of Valle de Bravo.

ES: Después de confirmar tu participación, coordinaremos tu recogida en la zona de Roma, La Condesa o Juárez. Si vives más lejos, te indicaremos un punto de encuentro.
