Connecting with others

This group came about as a way to connect with others and also to create awareness and understanding of why we don’t always feel connected to others. And a lot of the times It’s because we don’t ultimately feel connected to ourselves! But how do we connect to ourselves? We will use connecting with ourselves as a framework to propell us to look within and become more aware of limiting patterns and beliefs that stem from the past and keep us reacting to life instead of experiencing life with joy and feeling connected to life and ultimatley others.

On the Wednesday event, there will be a group meditation with some of my favorites. Also, if anyone has any recommendations we can try those. These meditations will be aimed at achieving Naked awareness. We will use this experience to facilitate looking at ourselves with a lesson each week to inspire us to see things in oursleves that uplift us and all life or do not uplift us…thus leaving us feeling quite disconnected. This will aid us in seeing what we are projecting out from fear that is contributing to our sense of disconnectedness and May even be allowing us attract certain people into our lives.

There will be another event hosted on Thursdays at 4:30pm aimed at connecting to divine love in oursleves. These involve saying the spoken word and connecting with a divine being to aid in this process and allow people to attune to their own hearts and receive love ans nurturance. All PEOPLE are welcome, all people are worthy to connect to divine love. There is no one superior or more special than anyone else. With that said, this is not a group to transform others to your religion. This is a group based on universal ideas to connect to each other and all people
No matter what religion, sex, gender are welcome. So this is a boundary that must be respected
