We are a branch of Kadampa Meditation Center Madison, and have received several requests for teachings in Milwaukee starting 2019. This Meetup will help communicate Public Talks, and Classes, and Events for our Branch teachings in Milwaukee. This is a great way to meet like-minded people. By training our mind in meditation we can learn to solve all our daily problems and bring about peace in our hearts. We can then share that peace and well-being with our family and friends. Through developing this skill we can learn to navigate even the most challenging and difficult situations. Ultimately we come to understand that we can transform our experience of the world by simply transforming our mind.
These weekly Monday classes are led by Gen Dorje, a Buddhist monk and the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Madison. Classes include teaching & guided meditation.
