Join us for an uplifting and mindful walk in the park — a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
By slowing down our pace, tuning into our senses, and noticing the quiet signals that nature offers us, we create space to reconnect with our inner rhythm and the world around us.
During this experience, you’ll move through a series of short, guided walking explorations. Each prompt invites you to explore both the inner and outer landscape at your own pace. After each walk, we’ll come together for gentle moments of reflection, with optional sharing for those who feel like expressing whatever arose, before moving into the next exploration.
This mindful walk is ideal for anyone who wants to:
- slow down and take a meaningful break from daily busyness;
- reconnect with themselves and the natural world;
- cultivate presence, creativity, and a sense of grounding;
- enjoy warm, gentle group moments without pressure to share.
Practicalities
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes — and come ready to move slowly, notice deeply, and let nature guide your attention.
- If you have a wristwatch, please bring it, so you won’t need to use your phone during the practices.
- Bring a pen and some paper for writing down insights.

About the Facilitator
Marta’s mission is to facilitate safe spaces of presence, connection, and transformation. Her journey across four continents, in contact with diverse communities, social impact projects, and contemplative practices, has shaped the broad and deeply human perspective she brings today to the paths of self-knowledge.
With training in coaching, mindfulness, and circle facilitation, she guides individual and collective processes in which each person is invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and gain clarity to walk authentically toward what they wish to manifest.
