NEO AI - a PyData Group

What we’re about.

NEO (NortheastOhio) AI is a group for anyone interested in AI, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and other programming languages for business, science, data, eduction, and creative pursuits.

We aim to create a safe and fun space to collaborate, exchange ideas, connect, and learn from each other. We also actively want to provide an inclusive and diverse environment, where historically underrepresented minorities can be actively and safely participate in the community.

Our group will host meetings at least once a month or even twice a month online or in person at various establishments.
Meetings will consist of discussions on projects people are working on, education, roundtable discussions, guest speakers, mixers, paid and free events, collaboration, volunteer work, and much more.

About PyData:
PyData is an educational program of NumFOCUS, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the United States and thus abides by the NumFOCUS Code of Conduct. PyData provides a forum for the international community of users and developers of data analysis tools to share ideas and learn from each other. The global PyData network promotes discussion of best practices, new approaches, and emerging technologies for data management, processing, analytics, and visualization. PyData communities approach data science using many languages, including (but not limited to) Python, Julia, and R.
