Welcome to Outdoor Introverts 🌲
Introverts come in all varieties—but here’s what we share:
We’re a group of genuinely fun people who recharge in nature and enjoy spending time with others who get it.
We hike a lot… but that’s just the beginning. You’ll find everything from camping, canoeing, and kayaking to relaxed adventures like mini-golf in scenic spots. Most of our events are around the Twin Cities, but we’re always open to exploring farther afield.
This group isn’t about avoiding people—it’s about enjoying nature together, in a way that feels right.

### 🌲 A few simple guidelines

1. Conversation is welcome—but so is quiet.
   Some of us chat, some of us reflect. Please respect both.
2. We move at different speeds—and we stick together.
   No one gets left behind.
3. Bring your ideas (and maybe lead one!).
   This isn’t a top-down group—it’s a shared adventure.
4. Small groups, big impact.
   Some events are limited to protect nature—and to give everyone space to recharge.
5. Be visible, be real.
   Use a current photo so we can recognize and connect with each other.
6. Organizers are volunteers.
   They’re doing this because they care. Show appreciation—and a little grace.

Members are encouraged to practice social distancing or mask as they feel comfortable. A Zoom account is available to plan events or to share an adventure with the group on line.
