In the Collaberex community we are gathering together at the end of each month to celebrate wins together. Big wins, small wins, personal wins, business wins, all wins are welcome.

It's easy to fall into the trap of looking for what is going wrong so we can fix it or preparing for the worst case scenario "just to be safe." But we become immune to fear eventually, numb, too depressed to care any more and burnt out. From this perspective, it seems like our problems, personal and global, are unsolvable, getting bigger faster than we can tend to them.

To get out of this cycle, we need to recalibrate ourselves to run on a different fuel source. A fuel source like passion, desire, curiosity, and love.
Celebrating wins is one way to start recalibrating yourself to a new fuel type. When you run on a fuel like passion, you see yourself and the whole world differently. And from this perspective, you (1) enjoy life so much more and (2) can solve what used to seem like unsolvable problems.

Celebrating wins sounds simple but when I started this practice with my coach, I found that I had tremendous internal resistance to it I believed that I needed to know what I had done wrong, where my mistakes were, I only wanted negative feedback that I could use to get better. Even though I was obsessed with improving, it took me a while to be willing to pause and acknowledge the improvements. At that point, my results as an entrepreneur and inventor sky rocketed. Now, as a coach myself, it is something I do regularly with my clients and see the huge impact it has on them, and also the initial resistance to turning the gaze from the bad to the good.

Because this exercise in and of itself is life changing, we are creating a space to do it together as a community at the end of every month. **Join us and see for yourself how this can transform how you feel and the results you are getting in your life.**
