I host free and paid fitness and wellness events such as: brunches and lunches, group pilates, yoga, group hiking, outdoor activities, retreats etc. Events are designed for you to get out and socialise, meet new people in the city, make new friends, and connect with like-minded girls... all with a focus on wellness!

I host friendly and sociable events every week. The 'Events Calendar' on our website lists all upcoming events for the next 6-8 weeks, so you can book in advance to secure a place!
