PyData Sofia

PyData Sofia Meetups are monthly events organized with the purpose to meet and talk about Python, Data Science, AI and other interesting topics. The format revolves around one talk and a few hours of networking. We believe that discussions are key to the development of specialists in our areas and direct talks to peers bring a lot of value. As a meetup, we strive to build an inclusive environment where everyone is free to join, not only as a member, but as a speaker as well. We invite everyone, including first-time speakers, students, junior engineers, to share with the community their ideas, knowledge but also problems and questions.

About PyData:

PyData is an educational program of NumFOCUS, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the United States. PyData provides a forum for the international community of users and developers of data analysis tools to share ideas and learn from each other. The global PyData network promotes discussion of best practices, new approaches, and emerging technologies for data management, processing, analytics, and visualization. PyData communities approach data science using many languages, including (but not limited to) Python, Julia, and R.
