About Us

Welcome to the Texas Multi-Family Passive and Active Investors Meetup, hosted by CREI Partners! This group is for both active and passive investors to share real stories, lessons learned, and strategies about multifamily investing. By joining, you’ll gain actionable knowledge to become a more confident investor, spot better opportunities, and accelerate your path to financial freedom.

Our founder, Wayne Courreges III, is currently on a nine-month RV trip with his family, visiting cities, touring properties, and meeting investors nationwide. As he travels, we’ll host in-person dinners and meetups—so keep an eye on this page to see if he’s in your area! (And yes, Wayne’s even been known to hand out cards at campgrounds—because you never know when someone might be ready, or know someone, to start building passive income.)
