Masaje EMOCIONAL.
**Sesión individual de Masaje Emocional**
Te propongo un espacio de cuidado y escucha a través del cuerpo.
No se trata de un masaje fisioterapéutico orientado a tratar lesiones físicas, sino de un Masaje Emocional enfocado en acompañarte a liberar tensiones profundas y a suavizar aquellas “corazas” que en su momento pudieron ser necesarias, pero que quizá hoy ya no lo son tanto.
Cada sesión es individual y tiene una duración aproximada de 60–75 minutos. Habitualmente se trabaja con masaje manual, y en ocasiones puede integrarse el uso de instrumentos sonoros para facilitar la relajación y la conexión.
Si te preguntase cuál es el paisaje más bonito que puedes imaginar, quizás contestarías que una montaña muy verde y nevada con mucho sol, o una playa solitaria y soleada o,... pero quizás el paisaje más bonito que puede existir sea verte un poquito a ti por dentro, fuera de tu personaje, conectar un poquito contigo, con tus alegrías y experiencias ... No hago milagros, pero intentaré ayudarte a que tú veas a esa gran y bella persona que habita tu cuerpo.

Saturday Social Beach Games • Volleyball + Spikeball
We’re meeting at Bogatell for social beach games.
We’ll set up a volleyball net as the main activity and also bring spikeball, frisbee and some cards. You can rotate in and out of games or just relax and talk between rounds. No pressure to play nonstop.
The goal is simple: active people, good energy, and a relaxed social atmosphere.
Volleyball level:
Beginner to intermediate. You don’t need to be amazing, but you should know the basic rules and be able to keep a rally going. This works best when everyone can play at least a little.
This is not a competitive tournament and not a party event. It’s a balanced, respectful space to meet people and enjoy the beach.

We try to keep the classes as balanced as possible, so if we notice we are getting too many leaders/followers we move people around to waitlist.
Sadly not everyone who signed up attends the class, so you can always still show up and see if there is a shortage of leaders/followers.

Then we highly suggest to come with a partner (leader+follower), as we always give them priority.
**Why am I in the waiting list I was earlier/first?**
There is two reasons, either you have attended the class before or, more likely, you didn't show up to a class you signed up for before.
Our classes are free, we do this as volunteers and because we love to introduce people to dancing.

2: The journal: its story & how to use it
We'll explore the journal together — where it came from, what inspired it, and how to make it your own out in nature.
3: Colour, write & doodle
Choose a bird or nature colouring page and settle in. I'll share some gentle journaling prompts to write alongside your art — and doodle to your heart's content too.
4: Free time — yours to enjoy
Keep creating, chat with others, browse the journals, or simply sit and be. The rest of the afternoon is yours.
Colouring pages, pencils, and other materials are provided (except for the journal - this needs to be purchased separately, 14,99€ - I accept contactless card, Bizum or Cash). This is a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class ***taught in English***, meant to bring a calming end to your week.
I have a degree in dance as well, so I add elements of movement that take care of the body as well as challenge it.
If you are looking for a yoga class to help deal with stress, tension, or stiffness, this flow will relax both mind and body.
Come as you are in confortable clothes you can move in. This first week we will be focusing on releasing the spine and back to relieve any built up tension. Give yourself a pause and some kindness at the end of your week and **don’t forget to bring your mat**!

Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.

Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something.
