Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular ☀️❄️
Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular ☀️❄️
**Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular & reliable ☀️❄️** Exact time and date - we schedule together! Meetup once a week! Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly. If you already have experience, or if you’re curious and would like to try it out in a committed way, feel free to get in touch. I’m looking forward to the exchange and to arriving together in the cold water. Warm regards, Till

Become a Landlord/lady. Werde Vermieter:in. On Demand: MON THR 6pm-7pm R.s.v.p.
We make landladies and landlords. They buy a flat and pay just 1/4. Tenants and tax cuts pay 3/4. It's not a trick. It's government policy. Our Federal Governments, past and present, want taxpayers to become landlords and landladies, buy property, rent it out to tenants and enjoy passive income later. Come check this out. No strings attached. No sales. Just a meet and greet for orientation. And an after work drink. Real Long Term Friendship
Real Long Term Friendship
Nice! You are looking for real long time friendship! You might have already lived in Berlin or other big cities and experienced the "Anonymous" culture for a while. Meeting random people over and over and never see the same person again! In order to find "Real Long Term Friendship" in Berlin, do as follows: * You should not care how many people are joining this meetup. You RVSP. Even if only one person is joining. Because if everyone are waiting for everyone else to RVSP, nobody joins and nobody finds a new friend. * You do not care how many people of the opposite sex are joining. You are looking for friends. Finding the best romantic partner in the world, while avoiding not very attractive others, can be your other goal, for another time. Here we are looking for Friends. Real ones. * You are going to risk a very precious property of yours: Your time! Yes, there are thousands of opportunities in Berlin, there might be a rock concert for free, a birthday party you might miss, an important person might call you and invite you spontaneously, but you never find new friends until you decide to risk your time and meet people anyway. "I will check my calendar and get back to you" also does not work. Commit your time and spend it. Trust me, you won't go bankrupt ;-) * You are ready to use your phone as a real phone! You might have been using your phone as a tablet to visit Instagram and Facebook and watch movies. But if you want to find friends, you must know that people might take your phone number and give you theirs. That means they will Call you! And you have to pick up the phone and answer it. If you want to find new friends, you must be ready to do something really hard for the first time after years: Call people first, and if they called you: Answer your phone! * You are going to meet some people twice! That's the point of friendship. We already can experience random encounters with random people in random places one at a time. But that is not called friendship. If you want friends, you must be ready to meet the same person more than once. If you agree with above, RVSP and COME! You will meet other people who think the same way. P.S: Now that you've read all the way down to here, I suggest you [watch this animation](https://player.vimeo.com/video/547249272?h=22f3dd0f6f).

This is where the group comes in, creating spaces in which a sense of belonging can be actively experienced. By working together on personal topics, a social space of resonance emerges that replaces isolation with relationship and contact. Through the structured sharing of experiences, loneliness becomes visible, discussable, and therefore open to change. Through facilitated interaction, shifts in perspective, small experiments in experiencing contact, and shared reflection, participants develop new forms of connectedness and strategies for social effectiveness. The group functions not only as a source of support, but also as a learning environment for shaping relationships. In this way, resilient connections are formed that extend beyond the individual meeting and help to sustainably reduce loneliness. **General Information** This group consists of a maximum of 15 participants. **Language**: This series will be held in German. This series is open to everyone. Your German should be fluent enough to follow an event in German. **Important**: you must commit to all 6 sessions. **Dates**: 22/01, 12/02, 26/02, 12/03, 09/04, and 23/04. **Closed Group**: This structure creates a supportive environment where participants can build deeper connections. **Cost**: free event with registration *\*\* This event is part of the we are village program ‘****[Belonging versus Lonelines](https://wearevillage.org/village-quartiere/addressing-queer-lonliness)****‘, with the support of* ***[LADS](https://www.berlin.de/sen/lads/en/)****.* *Learn more about the program [here](https://wearevillage.org/village-quartiere/addressing-queer-lonliness).*

A 2nd plot line is concerned with Micha’s young son Sascha, and his life in a rundown world of drugs and poverty. His fascination with the creepy, exhibitionist puppeteer Firlefanz, whose grotesque puppets enact a gay fairy tale paralleling the relationship of Stefan and Jockel. Central to the disintegration of these characters is the drug dealer Ingolf, who ‘pulls their strings’ with heroin, instead of puppet wires.

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience. And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree. In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again. Examples of painful experiences include: * A broken relationship or divorce. * Death or loss of a loved one. * Death of a pet. * A sudden shock or bad news. * A betrayal. * Being part of an abusive relationship. * A bad injustice. * Loss of a job, position or business. * A grave illness or injury. The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is sponsored the Dianetics & Scientology Self-Improvement Center.
