We play a wide variety of Euro-style board games, including anything new that's out there plus usual favorites. Bring your favorite game! Someone will most likely want to try it. Yoga Nidra is a timeless practice of deep, guided relaxation. In this class, we will do some gentle exercises to relax the body, and then we will lie down for an extended relaxation. We will begin and end the class with some simple meditation. This class meets monthly, usually the first Sunday of the month, and is open to adults and teens. RSVP is required: through MeetUp or by phone, text, or email. BRING a mat; a thick towel/blanket/rug to cushion the floor; and an extra blanket if you like to cover yourself during the relaxation. WEAR comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Wear layers when it's cold so that you can adjust your clothing as needed. Please refrain from wearing perfume and other fragrances.
