Women's Circle

We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day. Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace. Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace. If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk. Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

Bring a jacket or umbrella depending on the weather.** **How to find the group** **We will meet at the Sails sculpture, Clontarf Promenade. We’ll wait there for 10 minutes before starting the walk.** **What to expect** **This is a relaxed and supportive walking group. No pressure, no need to be super fit, and no need to know anyone beforehand. Many people may be joining alone, so you are very welcome to come by yourself.** **Pace** **Easy and comfortable. The goal is not performance, but fresh air, connection, and consistency.**

A lovely session of music and song in a relaxed and supportive environment. All levels of musician and singer welcome. You can come and sing or play one song or just come and listen to the other members. Great way to build up your playing skills and build up your confidence. We don't pay the bar for this session, so make sure you buy at least one drink. Charge €2.
