A particular run around Bois de Vincennes

A very particular longish run as it's between taxi runs and now I've put this up I'll have to do it. I tend to run clockwise around the perimeter of the forest keeping the trees on the right more or less. As I have to be back by 11.45am I won't be able to wait around too much but if there is anyone mad enough to join me then I'll throw in a couple of speedy interval thingies. One lap is about 13k - see how things feel before committing to a second lap....
