It's La Rentrée and what better time than now to get back into strengthening your core muscles as we start the new triathlon season.

Core strength helps avoid injury and improves performance in all movements required in the triathlon disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. An essential weekly session for all triathletes.

45 mins of cardio and strength high-intensity interval training, with warm-up and cool-down to take us to the full hour.

Bring a water bottle and a towel and see you trackside to start the session at 7.30pm.

Open to all members and people serious about joining the team this season and interested in testing a session.

NON MEMBERS
We very much welcome you to come and test a session, however to ensure we know who is attending - we ask you to please send us a mail to "contact@expatries-triathlon.com" and let us know if you want to attend this session.
