There are so many outdoor activities to do in Saint Charles Missouri! New to biking or running? We are a great place to get started. Looking for some friends to ride/run with to keep you motivated? This is the place. We will also post events around the area that are open to the general public.

It's Two Laps and a Beer every Friday at 5:45 pm. Roll time for this MTB ride is 6pm. Blow off some steam and have a great time with the Friends of Bangert Island Crew. Up to two laps around the island. Happy Hour prices for participating riders. Fast, slow, electric, analog, and all riders in between are welcome. Roll time is 6pm from the BSC patio. Hope to see you there! Bring your lights!

Ready to run, but you're looking for a group to help keep you motivated? This is the group for you!

Join our Running Captain, April, every Sunday and Tuesday for this fun group run!

We'll do an out & back 5k or more on the beautiful Katy trail. We will adjust our time and distance to the running group's needs. We have runners of varying speeds and skill sets, so no need to worry!

Meet at the Bike Stop Cafe 701 S Riverside Dr. 63301. Sneakers hit the trail at 7 prompt.

Note: We may switch to roads/sidewalks around town if it is raining.
