1:1 PRIVATE CLASSES
in the area of dance, movement, embodiment, creativity, self awareness
In the private or small group sessions you have the possibility to work in-depth on certain themes according to your individual needs and wishes. You will get lots of personal feedback and tools to work on your dancing in a way that in group classes or workshops is not possible due to the divided attention of the teacher. This is a chance to improve quickly and to get to know yourself better as a dancer, mover and creative individual.
The sessions can be suitable in following situations:
- if you wish to create a deeper relationship to yourself as a dancer & artist, to understand who you are as a dancer and to find “your dance“
- for those who wish to meet and understand themselves more deeply through the practice of dance, movement, embodiment & creativity
- if you are training for an audition or creating a solo and need an external eye, guidance or help
- for artists of other disciplines that wish to develop their dance & movement practice
- for those, who wish to develop their own personal artistic, creative practice of movement improvisation, dance composition or contemporary dance
- if you have an area in your dancing that you are struggling with or looking to find improvement in
The private sessions are based on my personal continuous study, professional understanding and experience of dance from the field of contemporary dance, improvisation & instant composition and somatic practices, with a blend of holistic inner work and self awareness processes.
Your individual level and needs will be discussed and included in the process.
