We are excited to officially launch the Global Design Sprint Chapter Switzerland.

One of the most important misconceptions about User Experience design (UX) and Design Sprints is that these tools should be used mainly by startups.

However, it is in large companies and on leading products that this type of collaborative work can have a massive impact and a significant return on investment.

We are excited to welcome senior designer Leo Marti to share his experience and insights into the potential of UX Design and how to integrate Design Sprint into a large organization.

Leo is a Design Leader passionate about bringing people together to turn complex problems into empowering experiences. Working with companies such as Nike, Johnson & Johnson and the BBC across Europe and Asia, Leo gained experience leading UX on large products such as BBC iPlayer (over 9 millions daily requests), working on design systems used by over 300 Designers, and using Design Sprint like processes to align multidisciplinary teams across platforms.

Leo is now back home in Geneva where he opened a boutique design agency called Positive.Design. There, he offers consulting in UX and Digital Strategy to clients like the RTS and help them create experiences people love.
