This group is the Lausanne chapter of the Google Developer Groups.
The 1st Google Developer Group (GDG) Lausanne is a developer community aimed at Google developer technology, for developers by developers and everyone else. Don't know how to code ? ... No worries, meet those that can and maybe build something useful together.
We are an open community where people meet like minded people and share experiences. Our community is open to all developers and people interested in tech. The main focus of the community is not only Google's developer technology like Firebase, Flutter and many more but on everything else in technology and new innovations that will make the world a better place for life. The core team meets approximately bi-weekly to talk about recent developments in technologies in general.
The kind of meetups we do vary from just meeting for beer, to having presentations and hackathons to share practical knowledge. Most meet ups and events will be conducted in English with translations in French when required sometimes.
GDG is also a potential great match for new entrepreneurs interested in engaging or just meeting up with developers, engineers and like-minded people.
