Cigarette Butt Campaign Cleanup

As part of our campaign against cigarette butts we will be organizing a few cleanups until November. We will meet at Chollermulli train stop, at 10:00, on the side by the lake. We will walk into town, through the fields and along lake picking up trash as we go (about 3.5km). We will put aside the cigarette butts and collect them to see how many we can collect until November.

Please wear good shoes as we will be walking on some paths through fields. We will have disposable gloves available but you might want to bring some garden gloves if you have them. We will also have collection bags for both normal trash and separate for the cigarette butts. If the weather does not cooperate we will decide by 9:30 to cancel, please check the messages here for information.

Also, we will be following the WWF Corona Protection Guidlines:

• Maintain 2m social distancing unless you are wearing a mask or are part of the same household
  -Please bring your own protective equiment (ie gloves and masks -if you want to wear one)
• No body contact between people other than family members right and as mentioned in the first point, whenever not possible, then wear a mask
• Everyone needs to disinfect hands before and after event
