I'll organise the workout - all you need to do is turn up!

Suitable for all fitness levels and types. Meet at the rose garden opposite Interpol and we'll go from there.

5 euro donation. 1 hour. Bring a yoga mat or towel and some water.

(The workouts consist of bodyweight exercises and are often circuit/interval style)
