This Meetup group is for people from the Stuttgart region (and beyond) who enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities as welll as social, cultural and educational activities. We meet about three to four times a month.
We are the "Metropolitan Club Stuttgart e.V". an international club, which roots go back to 1951, with a tradition of German-American friendship open for participants of all nations.

We meet 10.55 AM at the beginning of track 16.
Visite of the castle Schloss ob Ellwangen, duration 60-90 minutes
Tour: Guided tour of the castle in English with Dr. Michael Hoffmann
Meeting point: Museum entrance (3rd floor)
Cash payment on site.
You can grab a bite to eat at Schloss Schenke—Das Ellwanger Wirtshaus—or Raj Mahal across from the train station
Possibility to walk the Marien-Weg from the castle (6 kms)
Visit of the Ellwangen town
Train back at 17h11 or then every hour
