Abstract : Women remain a minority in entrepreneurship, especially in Tech and the startup culture. Researchers in social sciences, business and management have started testing different strategies that might work to reduce the impact of gender biases and stereotypes in entrepreneurship. The presentation offers an overview of the recent main findings of this research.
