Kickstart your month with beach front yoga followed by an ocean plunge for First Friday Fitness!

First Friday Fitness is the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and make new friends who share a passion for not only health and wellness but also within the Real Estate and Investing community.

Start your morning with a gathering focused on movement, nature, and connection.

We'll begin with about 20 minutes of light stretching and yoga-inspired movements led by Brietta Klein. This is great for all experience levels and designed to wake up the body.

After movement, there’s an optional cold plunge for those who want to take a dip in the water!

What to Bring:

• A mat, towel, or blanket for stretching and drying off
• Comfortable clothes for moving
• A bathing suit under your clothes if you’re planning to plunge
• Optional: A warm change of clothes

We meet at the grass above the beach - Please plan extra time for parking! Come as you are, meet great people, and start your day with good vibes at First Friday Fitness!
