Partner dancing is one of the funnest, most creative, interactive and social activities there is -- the perfect catalyst for meeting people, connecting, and forming wonderful relationships both on and off the dance floor! The aim of this Meetup Group is to help create and support a vibrant social dance community in the Greater Seattle area and on the Eastside (Mercer Island, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, etc), and in so doing, to meet other like-minded dance afficionados, to further develop your dance skills and finesse, and to connect to each other through the music and joy of swing, salsa, blues, ballroom and other genres of social dance!

Welcome to Om Culture's 2nd & 4th Sunday Tango Fusion Dance!

This dance is for all people who LOVE to dance! (and who want to meet other people who LOVE to dance!)

Much of the music will be geared toward social partner tango dancing but improvised 'fusion' dancing is also welcomed! Every dance starts with a half-hour lesson with one of our DJ/instructors. The lessons will focus on different dance genres each week, so if you're a person who loves to learn about dance this is for you!

OmCulture provides a nice assortment of snacks and an open wine bar, all included in the entry fee.

Cost: $20 cash or Venmo (we often do self service at the door, so get comfortable with being trusted implicitly!)

Flow of the evening:
=> 7:15 Doors open
=> 7:30 Lesson begins (please do your best to be on time for this)
=> 8:00 Dance begins
=> 10:00 Music end
=> 10:30 Doors close

2nd Class starts at 8:15 "New dancers and anyone wants basic tune up"

Dance goes 9PM till 12PM.

$12 Dance Only

Food available in the attached mall if you come early. This venue is East of the Fred Meyer across the street in a small mall complex. Several food outlets, free parking. Area should be very safe as the Police Department is next door.
