We're back! After a mini-hiatus, Startup Bike Meetups is back and will be visiting Omni ( https://www.beomni.com ), a local start-up specializing on storing, cataloging, sharing, and accessing your stuff.

This is a bike ride, you should have your own bike, and have enough stamina to make the trip!

About Omni:

Omni is a new way to own and access the personal belongings you don’t need every day – like a concierge for your stuff.

We seek to help everyone “live lighter” – that is, to live the life they want and have access to all the things they need – no matter the size of the apartment, house, loft, trailer, boat, yert, or teepee they find themselves calling home.

We make this possible by managing your belongings outside of your home in a way that allows you to see and access everything you need, whenever you need it – all through a beautiful app interface. Omni prevents your stuff from engulfing your living space, allowing you to free your closets and corners from all the things you want to keep, but don't use every day.

We aim to bring everyone more value from what they own. Whether this means being able to lend items to friends with the tap of a button, or simply being able to remember what they have and where to find it, Omni enables people to access whatever they need, whenever they need it.

About the ride:
Start Location: 290 Channel Street (Mission Creek Park)
Start Time: Meeting at 6.30pm and rolling out by 7pm sharp.
End Location: Mars Bar and Restaurant, 798 Brannan St, San Francisco
End Time: Around 9pm

We'll have concierges to ensure our bikes are safely secured at our destination. We'll tweet about the ride from @startupzOrg (https://twitter.com/startupzOrg) with hashtag #StartupBike.

About the weather:
It's been raining a lot, which is great for Bay Area reservoirs but difficult for our ride, so here's our game plan. Please plan on the regular ride followed by appetizers/drinks. If the weather looks threatening on the day of the ride, then we'll still do the appetizers/drinks and startup pitches, but not the ride.
