As communities, Agile and Technical Agile are together but separate. In search of the right term between Software Craft, Technical Agile, Team-level Agile and all that, we settled for Tech Excellence. 
We need to grow as professionals. Industry doubles every five years, meaning half of us are with less than five years of experience. We need to teach the newcomers without forgetting the seasoned ones are not ready ever.
