Our next contra dance workshop will be on Saturday 17 January at our new dance studio home in Paris. Note that the dance studio entrance is not located on the main street - follow the signs for "studio bleu" to find it on a side street. Description: These workshops are a space to practice contra dancing within a fun and welcoming environment. We will work on familiarizing ourselves with the most common figures in contra dance, with an emphasis on learning proper technique and aiming to build our confidence in these movements. The level of the dances and walk-throughs will be adapted to the level of the participants. A basic knowledge of contra dance is suggested, though all are welcome to attend regardless of experience level!
