5km Run up to Lighthouse, then Coffee

Meet in front of Le Poseidon kiosk on Plage Ponteil for a 5km shaded route up through the woods to the lighthouse and back along the coast. Optional coffee and croissant afterwards if you can stay. French and/or English speakers, residents or visitors, all welcome. We run in rain or shine and leave at 9:00am on the dot.

Can adjust pace and length of run on the day to suit the group.
