🏐 Beach Volleyball Training and Games for Beginners – with Guest Coach Jasmine

I’m happy to share with you a special coached training session with the highly experienced trainer Jasmine! 🤗💪

Jasmine is a former indoor player (NLB & NLA), with long experience in junior national teams. She led the NLA team as captain and played as a semi-professional beach volleyball player in international tournaments. She’s now a trainer at ASVZ and has been coaching for over 4 years (indoor & beach and private trainings).

💡 What we’ll work on:
During this session, we will focus on:

• Reception
• Pass
• Interplay

We will do 1 hour training + 1 hour matches.

The program may be adapted depending on the level of the participants until the event.

Improve your skills in a fun and supportive environment with personalized feedback.
