Dreams Through Art: A Creative Exploration
Ever woken up from a dream, wondering what it meant? Join our workshops where art becomes the key to your subconscious.
Guided by two Art Therapists, these sessions help you explore the symbols, emotions, and hidden messages in your dreams—while expressing them creatively.
Each week, we get into a new theme, from symbols, feelings, intuition, recurring dreams to deep-seated beliefs, using guided art exercises and reflection. You can share your insights or simply explore at your own pace in a small, supportive group.
🖌 What You’ll Gain:
✨ Deeper self-understanding through art & dream interpretation
🎨 Guided creative exercises—no art skills needed!
🤝 A safe space for self-expression & growth (max 8 participants)
📅 Join one or all six sessions—Sundays, 4-6 PM (Berlin time)
Upcoming Themes:
📌19 January 2025 - Emotions & Feelings
📌26 January 2025 - Values & Intuition
