Why we meet?
Fighting our sitting habits, let’s move our body as it was intended to move. Very similarly to yoga, yet more focused on mobility. We will start with feet and hands on the ground, and progress to different postures, exploring full range of motion.
The aim is for you to leave feeling energized, refreshed, and connected with your body. Later on, we will transition to a simple grounding experience of guided breathwork.
What to expect:
- Beginner friendly
- Movements that improve your strength, mobility, and overall body awareness.
- Grounding breathing techniques to reduce stress
- Engage in relaxed conversation and create genuine connections.
Who it’s for:
Whether you're new to Lille or have been here a while — if your body’s been asking for a break, or simply want to move, breathe, and connect - this space is for you.
Evening Flow (around 2h)
