Join us in celebrating the Docker Project’s 4th birthday!
To celebrate together and warmly welcome newcomers into our community, we will provide Docker labs and courses to learn about Docker in a fun and inviting way.
Are you an advanced user? We strongly encourage Docker users of all skill levels to attend! We need a network of mentors who understand the Docker platform to answer any questions that attendees working through the courses and labs may have. We also have some fun projects you can work on.
As we get closer to the event, we will share more information including materials on how to prepare for the courses and labs that will be available.

- Docker and security by SecludIT
SecludIT interviendra sur la sécurité Docker au sens large et l'état de l'art. Du déploiement de la plateforme, au container Docker en passant par le Daemon Docker, SecludIT présentera les défis à relever et les bonnes pratiques de sécurité à mettre en place.
- Analytics as a Service on Docker, by Daniele Venzano (Eurecom)
Zoe est une plateforme de "Analytics as a Service" basée sur Docker et dédiée à l’exploration et l’exploitation de grosses bases de données. Zoe permet le déploiement simple et rapide de logiciels de calcul distribué comme par exemple Apache Spark et Tensorflow. Actuellement, Zoe est utilisée par Air France et KPMG. Daniele Venzano, le créateur et développeur principal, présentera l’histoire et les motivations derrière Zoe, son architecture et donnera une courte démo.

- Load balancing et health-check avec Swarm, par Alex Drahon (Docker)
L'enregistrement de containers dans Consul pour bénéficier des health-checks et du load-balancing automatique est un pattern bien connu dans le monde Docker. Dans cette démo nous verrons comment l'adapter aux services swarm-mode de Docker 1.13.
