Every Tuesday at 4.30pm you are invited to join me for 60-minute of Yin yoga to target the relaxation response.

I will be holding the space at studio Espace Sanae for you to get the benefits of the practice and hopefully leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Yin yoga is a meditative practice, very particular, with long hold to target deep tissues, the tendons, ligaments and joints.

It’s a practice that I particular love practicing when life feels chaotic. It help me reconnect to myself, release physical and mental tension.
