Founded in July 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan Nicky Yoga was created by Ying-Wen Cheng to share her passion for movement, wellness, and mindful living. More than just yoga, it’s a holistic approach to well-being that fosters balance and connection.
Since 2020, Nicky Yoga has offered Hatha, Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga in Taipei, Paris, and online, building a global community. Ying-Wen’s teaching blends strength, fluidity, and mindfulness, helping students reconnect with themselves.

Stretch yoga (Session 17th Aug 2025 )

• Ideal for beginners and practitioners of all levels.

This gentle-paced session focuses on accessible yoga stretches and foundational postures. With a calm and supportive atmosphere, the class emphasizes deep breathing and mindful movement to ease physical tension, restore energy, and encourage a deep sense of inner peace and holistic well-being.

What you will need to bring: Yoga mat, water, picnic snacks, and wear your comfy clothes
