France Meets Arizona - Online Event

Salut à Tous! If you’d like the opportunity to meet Americans and Canadians, here is your chance! We are excited to announce our partnership with an Arizona-based French language Meetup group! This Zoom online experience will consist of a language exchange in the following format: A 10-minute introduction / opening as members log in, and then the main event: Four alternating intervals of 20 minutes of conversation in English only, followed by 20 minutes of French, etc. This adds up to 90 minutes in all. (Of course, you can leave early or stay later, You will be placed in small groups with native speakers of both languages. To participate, just click the Zoom link, which will be visible once you register for the event. (No password required.) As you arrive, please change your name to the following format example: “Jean FR/EN 8”, if Jean is your first name, French is your native language (FR) and English (EN) is the language you wish to practice, and finally your level of proficiency on a 1-10 scale in the language you wish to practice– (8 shown in this example). If your native language is other than French or English, just type in the first two letters of that language in English. Example: SP if Spanish, RU if Russian. Looking forward to meeting you!
