Circuit des trois Lacs - La Gordolasque

This is the best best time to visit this amazing part of the Mencantour, le Gordolasque. In this hike we will explore a 11.6-km loop trail near Belvédère. The elevation point is about 900m. This route is generally very beautiful and the weather is perfect for a day in the wild and beautiful mountains in the Mercantour. It is a very popular spot for hiking, so we will likely encounter people during your outing. Hiking at the heart of the Mercantour National Park, starting from the Countet Bridge, in the Gordolasque valley. This route forms a loop and passes by several high-altitude lakes, including Lake Autier, Lake Niré, and Lake de la Fous.On the way back, we will follow the Gordolasque torrent until the starting point, passing by a hut where the series "Belle et Sébastien" was filmed. The Meeting point is Ferber tram station in Nice, where we will meet to drive towards Belvedere and then to La Gordolasque. Considering the elevation point (950 m) the difficulty level of the hike ranges from medium to difficult. It is not for the novice.
